Are Sour Coyote Toys Safe?
We handmake every toy with platinum-cure medical-grade silicone. They are hypoallergenic and safe when used correctly & responsibly.
How quickly do you ship?
Unless we're traveling, orders will typically ship within 24 hours. Any expected shipping disruptions will always be announced at the top of the site. Please remember we're a 2 person crew :)
Is your shipping discrete?
Yes, your order will be shipped in a plain brown cardboard box from "SC LLC".
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns of any kind. Please make sure you know exactly what you are buying.
Are you going to be selling at any conventions?
Can I buy outside of the United States?
Not right now but soon, we do plan to support additional countries.
What are flops?
Flops are discounted toys with cosmetic blemishes. They're still functional, just not as pretty.
